VINYL WINDOWS AND DOORS

Our vinyl windows and doors use the profiles from VEKA of Germany or Royal Plastics of Canada to produce two types of European style 58 or 60 series profile and one type of North American 80 series profile. The frame and sash both have high quality zinc plated steel metal inserts and use heat pressure welding to join the vinyl profiles. The product’s colour does not fade and its shape does not chage. It also has very good heat insulation and heat preservation performance.
Our vinyl windows and doors use Roto hardware from Germany, and can be fitted with 5+9A+5 or 5+ 12A+5 double glazing. The North American style vinyl windows and doors can be fitted with 4+9A+4 double glazing. All the glass can be selected according to the customers requirements to meet technical standards such as tempered, laminated, low-e, mercury plated, etc.

QUALITY STANDARD:

• WINDOWS AND DOORS SPECIFICATIONS: THE MAXIMUN SIZE DEVIATION FOR HEIGHT IS ± 4MM, FOR WIDTH IS ± 4MM, FOR DIAGRAM IS ± 6MM- ±2MM.

• WELDING CORNER STRENGTH; AVERAGE ≥3000N,MINIMUM IS NO LESS THAN 90% OF THE AVERAGE.

• HINGE FATIGUE STRENGTH: IMPORTED HARDWARE IS TESTED 20,000 TIMES WITHOUT DAMAGE AND LOOSENING.
