As you would expect, all our designs, whether standard or bespoke are of the highest quality, industry and European safety standard designs. Our calibre of wooden door is fire resistant up to 1.5 hours and fully compliant with BS standards. We provide European and North American wooden windows, the European being available in both series 56 and 68 as well as sliding doors with rails. The glass for all designs can be tempered, curved, laminated and/or double glazed.

EUROPEAN STYLE
WOOD WINDOWS AND DOORS

The wood material used for European style wood series windows and doors is high quality larch, which has grown in North East Asia primeval forest for few hundred years. This growing environment and the fibre characteristics of larch provide special strength as the wood material for windows and doors. Larch has many good characteristics such as fine and straight gain, moderate hardness, small resin line, good printing performance and good resistance to moisture and warping.
After the larch lumber is selected, it is kiln dried, cut along the radial direction, and then joined to become integrated material. We Use three layer radial cut finger jointed integrated material. The racial cut integrated material has the widest width on the wood material which is almost 90 degree angle to the growth rings. The whole wood material grain is straight.

The straight wood grain provides high compressive and bending strength with minimum expansion or shrinking and high resistance to splitting or checking. This high quality wood material provides a unique stable product performance and a beautiful appearance. We use the famous Roto brand hardware from Germany, as well as high performance double glazing with the total thickness of 22mm according to the German standart. The surface of wood windows and doors is treated with new European technology environmentally friendly waterbased paint. The paint colours are various and durable. European style wood windows come in both the 56 series and 68 series.
